Weiss Audio requires you to send in any items you wish to return with a warranty claim. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to us. Upon completion of the evaluation of your return, if said return is covered under warranty, Weiss Audio will cover shipping back to the customer. If the return isn't deemed faulty under our warranty guidelines, shipping will be billed to the customer. When returning a package, please package the product well. Use original packaging whenever possible. The customer is responsible for any damages from improper packing and thus liable for any necessary repairs or replacement cost.
We ask beforehand, that you please refrain from sending us any return without first contacting us to receive an RMA number. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging box(es). Any item sent to us without an RMA number assigned to it will be returned immediately without evaluation. Items that arrive with an RMA number will get assigned to a professional for evaluation. Please allow 2-5 business days for proper assessment of your product.
Weiss Audio holds sole discretion in deciding the repair or replacement of your product being covered under warranty.
